2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus can be received only once; attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• While a bonus is active, only wagers on bonus-eligible games will count toward the wagering requirement.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 14 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will expire.
• Bets placed with bonus balance must stay within the set limits — bets above the limit will not count toward wagering.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity on xx 999 is conducted in accordance with standard rules. Once any bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.

• The set minimum and maximum bet limits must be observed.

Account Closure and Suspension

xx 999 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

7.2 Account Closure by the User
